Yes, with a few conditions. Here's how returns and exchanges work at Cronk.
The short version
- 30 days from delivery to request a return
- Unopened, unused, in original packaging only
- You pay return shipping, but we'll send you a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund so you don't front the money
- Refund goes back to your original payment method
- Merchandise and clearance items are final sale (no returns)
What you can return
Any unopened bottle in its original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date. That means:
- The seal is still intact
- The bottle hasn't been used, measured from, or poured into your reservoir
- The original label and packaging are in the shape they arrived in
If you opened the bottle and poured any of the nutrient out, we can't take it back. This isn't us being difficult. Once a nutrient bottle is opened, the contents can degrade, contaminate, or go off, and we can't legally resell it. Same rule every reputable nutrient brand runs.
What you can't return
- Opened or partially used bottles. Safety and hygiene reasons.
- Merchandise (hats, shirts, hoodies). Final sale. These ship from our third-party print partner and don't come back.
- Clearance items. Final sale.
- Anything past the 30-day window. If you're at day 31 and have an edge case, email us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
How return shipping works
You pay return shipping, but we'll handle the logistics so you don't have to go find a box, weigh it, or deal with a shipping counter.
Here's the workflow:
- You email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you want to return.
- We reply with a prepaid return shipping label (usually within 24 hours).
- You print the label, tape it to the original packaging, and drop the package off at the carrier.
- When we receive the return and confirm the condition, we refund you the product cost minus the cost of the return shipping label.
Original shipping (what you paid when you placed the order) isn't refunded. Only the product cost minus the return label cost comes back to you.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout. If you paid with a credit card, it goes back to that card. If you used PayPal, back to PayPal. Store credit isn't offered in place of the refund.
Once we process the refund on our end, it typically shows up in 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original (if it qualifies) and place a new order. That way you get a clean refund, a clean new order, and your tracking and warranty info stay organized.
Special cases
Damaged on arrival
If your order shows up damaged, don't return it through the normal process. Email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund the affected items. See our damaged-order article for the full workflow.
Missing items
If something you ordered isn't in the box, same deal. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we'll ship the missing item or refund it.
Cultivators Club members
Club members follow the same return policy. Your membership doesn't change return eligibility or shipping cost handling.
Subscribe and Save customers
If you're still on our legacy Subscribe and Save program, you can return an unopened shipment within the 30-day window the same way any other customer would. Cancelling the subscription itself is a separate request (email us).

How long do I have to return a Cronk Nutrients order?
30 days from the delivery date. The clock starts when the package shows delivered on the carrier's tracking.
Can I return an opened bottle if I only used a little bit?
No. Once a bottle is opened, we can't resell it and can't take it back. Buy the smallest size (500 mL) if you want to try a product without committing.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, but we'll send a prepaid label so you don't have to front the cost. The label cost is deducted from your refund when we process it.
Is my original shipping cost refunded?
No. Only the product cost minus the return label cost is refunded. Original shipping stays.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
No. Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
